The free access to the water park salvaged our disappointment with the closed pool. The friendly staff and decent breakfast made our family visit enjoyable overall.

had a lovely stay at surestay plus hotel by best western. the beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. the room was really clean, and it was great using the fridge and microwave. enjoyed the good breakfast too!

I had a decent stay at the Surestay Plus Hotel. The location is fantastic, just off the highway and close to a Maverik gas station for snacks and drinks. However, the experience was spoiled by the noise. I could hear everything happening in the halls and above me, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly both mornings, which was disappointing. Also, the front desk staff could be more welcoming. I felt a bit ignored when asking about a room change due to noise. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs some improvements in sound insulation and customer service.

However, the breakfast options were very limited, and the dining experience was lacking due to missing fresh fruit. Additionally, the toilet and tub area felt cramped, which impacted comfort during the stay.

The location was convenient right by the freeway. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The breakfast had decent options. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 😊
